Technical surveys and fitting service
When you buy a fireplace from us, you automatically have access to our specialist fitting service. We only use our own, fully-trained fitters who are familiar with our products for a trouble-free installation and who understand that you need to be completely satisfied with your new fireplace.
And you may well find that using one of our fitters will save you money in the long-run - installing a new fire that you have bought from us can costs as little as £150. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with our product at the point of installation, they are able to rectify it directly with us, so you have the peace of mind that we will see the job through to completion.
Of course, we only fit our own products because then we can be absolutely confident that the fireplace has been made to exceptionally high quality and safety standards.
